Our principal Toufic Hariz, has extensive international business experience and has overseen setup of major operations, and business replication projects in Lebanon, Canada, Europe, and the Gulf region.

Not limited to franchising but also encompassing project management and managing operations he had an active role in planning and procedures implementation for various sectors including NGOs and International development. He has served as program director, consultant, trainer and as franchising director for regional and international organizations, where he helped companies establish their franchising packages, develop pre-legal documentation, operating manuals, training programs, and overseeing business development activities.

Added to our principal’s involvement in operations replication, he participated in the establishment of the trade section at the Canadian Embassy in Beirut. He served there as the commercial officer promoting Canadian business in Lebanon. In this capacity, he also evaluated and assisted with the implementation of government subsidized programs for Canadian and Lebanese SME businesses.
