To hire us, the company first solicits a proposal for the area in which it needs assistance. Our proposals include the estimated cost based on the scope of the project, staffing requirements, and a completion deadline.

Upon getting an assignment or contract, we define the nature and extent of the problem. During this phase of the job, we analyze pertinent data, we then develop solutions to the problem. In the course of preparing our recommendations, we take into account the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in that industry, and its internal organization and culture.

Once we have decided on a course of action, we report our findings and recommendations to the client, in writing. In addition, we generally make oral presentations regarding our findings. For some projects, this is all that is required. For others, we assist in the implementation of the customer's suggestions.
